| Maxy Gold Corp. As of December 21, 2009 all Maxy Gold Corporation's issued and outstanding shares were acquired by Lara Exploration (TSX-V: LRA) by way of Plan of Arrangement. The transaction involves Lara issuing 4,307,731 new shares to current Maxy shareholders, at an eight Maxy shares to one Lara share ratio. André Gauthier, Maxy's President, has been appointed Lara's President and joined its Board of Directors. Miles Thompson has become Chairman of Lara's Board and will continue as its CEO.
