Position: President and CEO
Andre Gauthier has over 30 years experience in the mining exploration business. He has a very high reputation as an international explorationist and previously headed Cambior's operations in the Andes and Peru for 9 years. He participated in the discovery of their "La Arena" gold deposit, among multiple other successes in acquisitions, discoveries and developments of precious metal and base metal projects..
Mr. Gauthier started his career as project geologist with Sequim, then Falconbridge Inc. for 6 years where he was involved in the Lac Short gold mine discovery. He joined Noramco Inc. in 1986 as Exploration Manager, and in 1989 became International Exploration Manager for Cambior.
Mr. Gauthier was central in the creation and implementation of the Peruvian Stock Exchange, and is broadly experienced in managing a public company focusing on mineral resource exploration. M. Gauthier has been director of the Quebec prospector association, Director of the Peruvian mining society and president of the exploration and investment committee. He has been vice president of the Exploration committee at the Peruvian Canadian chamber of commerce and to various other organizations participating in promoting mining exploration in Latin America.
Mr. Gauthier joined Maxy Gold Corp. in February 2005

Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hon is a Certified General Accountant that has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance experience. Mr. Hon has been an Associate member of The Certified General Accountants Association of Canada since 1994 as well as a Certified Financial Planner since 1998. Mr. Hon has been a Fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom since 1992 and The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1999. Mr. Hon received his Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University of USA in 2000.
Mr. Hon has various international accounting and finance exposures through working with various companies in Hong Kong and Canada. Mr. Hon has been a partner of Hon & Wong, Certified General Accountants since 1996 and is specialized in financial reporting of companies listed on North America.
Mr. Hon joined Maxy in 2003.

Mrs. Zhang is a Chinese accountant that has over ...years of experience in accounting and finance in china. Mrs. Zhang received a Bsc in Accounting from the Jianxi Finance and Economics University in 1995 and has received some special training in foreign banks financial software in 2000 from the People Bank of China as well as a certificate in computer accounting in 1997 from the accounting institute of Yunnan.
Mrs. Zhang has worked for Yunnan Tenway international a joint stock company from 1995 to 1997, for krung Thai Bank , a foreign bank operation in Kunming Yunnan from 1997 to 2001 and as and auditor and taxation consultant for a government agency in Yunnan from 2001 to 2002.
Prior to join Maxy, Mrs. Zhang was internal audit department manager for Caterpillar, western China (ECI-METRO) where she was responsible for all company branches (8 branches, 10 offices) internal audit working directly under the president supervision from 2003 to 2004.
Mrs. Zhang joined Maxy in 2004.
